Never got to the 1000 or the Dragon either -- stopped at the 700. They made good stuff; given the tech limitations of the format.
Well, don't despair...Nakamichi lives!!!

With the Bifrost,
What's the main difference with getting the Uber Analog upgrade?
I'm planning on getting a Bifrost for eaither to mainly use with my Marantz or to use with my Valhalla2,
I'm limited to IEMs so, what diffrence would the uber analog make?

Thanks

Feel better!

Great, so does the Uber analog bring out more detail?

Yes, as the Bifrost multibit analog upgrade due out, hopefully later this year will bring out more detail than the Uber analog did compared to the original Bifrost analog board.

Dear Mr. Stoddard,

I hope you have a successful recovery.
I've had these events, everyone has and will probably continue to have, taking the full regimen of Meds is important.   And it's important to recognize that your Staff is working to fill the void and may themselves become ill.
It's darn nice to have a reliable business partner double-pulling, like Mike is.  Hmm, you little guys stick together.
A one month of forced vacation can be a god-send.

somehow I managed to pick up a case of pneumonia.

As I understand it, pulmonary pneumococcus is pretty much indigenous to the lungs, so that pneumonia is generally a secondary infection due to a weakened immune system from the primary causation (typ. in hospital stays).  Or prolly in your case, a pervasive rundown physical condition leading to an overall decline of body resistance to infection ascendancy.  Nothing healthier than ample sleep and proper diet, don'cha know?.

But you shoulda stopped at a six-pack, so it's basically on you.
