You folks are into BBQ as well? My wife and I have had 4 trips to the SE looking for all the BBQ we could find. Low and slow and rubs, and bark at the end, so true. Memphis area was probably our favorite - Interstate #1.
No.... everyone knows red cable has an emphasis at 3k and a 8.7k... use 2 gauge aluminum litz strand that they use in old main frames - say it's .99999 silver, put a serious jacket on it, and terminate with vampire gold plate over OFC cooper spades that take 2 ga, say it's $900 a ft.... now you're cooking...
Wow, u folks are into BBQ as well? My family and I have taken 4 trips to the SE over the last 7-8 years, both to find the best BBQ, and to learn how to cook it. We liked the Memphis area over towards Decatur Alabama the best.
I cook pulled pork using pork butt (cooked in water), ribs, brisket - dry rub, low and slow, bark it at the end.. Yea... got a great 3 bean recipe out of the BBQ Bible that's worth a try too.
This is what I actually used once at the CES in Las Vegas. But I will admit it was over 14AWG zip cord.
