Ever here about the time we had a busted fire sprinkler at the shop?
Well some of us took some video.
Here ya go.

Oh my god. I really appreciate you having the minerals to post this file for us schiitheads. “Keep calm, and carry on”.

Yeesh. Watching you install the multibit mega-board on the Gungnir made me give my display a hairy eyeball. That takes a steady hand! I’m sure you get pins that are misaligned and you then have to bend them oh-so-slightly to make them fit onto the main board. So, 1 big board’s better than 2 smaller boards, eh. Craaaaazy.
Thanks for the re-issued video, eh.

Haha! Yer absolutely right about the bent pins sometimes you got to make sure they're all straight or it'll never get the board in. And yes, I thought GUNGNIR deserves better than a soundless webcam video. GUNGNIR MULTIBIT is my personal favorite DAC.

This made my morning. I was wondering how the hell the components are fed onto the board. Tape-mounted bits & pieces. So, THAT’s what I see in my high-school tech class. “Thor”, eh... seriously, I appreciated meeting the blue-clad, assemblers.

Was it an video-artifact, or was the assembly lines that noisy? Crap, if so, I hope PPE (ex. Ear plugs) are offered to staff-members. I don’t want my Schiit costing the hearing of those men & women. I remember supervising “the lines” and having a hell of a time convincing our staff to wear it.
:triportsad:
These are good episodes, @SchiitFerBrainz . I want to see the process stream from start to finish... even the unglamours parts. Would it be appropriate for you to show how defective or returned products are handled? Maybe it’s just the science teacher in me, but I think it’s important for customers to see how waste management is handled in a progressive-ecologically-responsible-profitable business. I sneak the topic of “total manufacturing & disposal cost” into my grade 9 electricity unit. The message I hammer home in my classes: kids, you have a lot of disposable income. Vote with your wallet, eh.

How's it goin folks!

I wanted to let ya know that I will be at The Rocky Mountain Audio Fest this weekend.

If any of you are interested, I would like to do a short interview of people who like our Schiit to put on the channel. I will be at the Schiit Audio Booth in the CANJAM area pretty much the whole time.

Here are the questions I will be asking:

  • Name and hometown?

  • What Schiit gear are you running and what headphones and/or speakers?

  • What Schiit gear do you wish you were running?

  • What is your favorite thing about Schiit Audio?

  • What do you not like about Schiit Audio?

  • Are you a SchiitFerBrainz subscriber?

So come on by and visit us and if you want to be in the video let me know.

Hope to see you there.

Later Dudes!

This is how we produce the FULL 2 DAC/AMP.

Thanks for the upload. It's quite something how simple the Fulla appears to assemble. And the sheer sales-volume of these little boxes make it lucrative for your company. Now, Thor... when does THAT get revealed?
BTW - you mean to tell us the assembler's been with Schiit for ~6 months and has that kind of corporate loyalty & commitment? Excellent!

I hate to tell ya this but there is no thor.
On the Jaxx video, he said FULLA. I know it sounded like Thor. Trust me I watched that part of the video over and over again. It sounds like he said thor... But he said FULLA.
Sorry.
As for Lucky. He's a hell of a guy to work with. He's got a great attitude and yes, he got turned on to Schiit pretty much right away.
