I got mine a couple of years ago from Soundearphones. However SA6s are discontinued now. So you should probably be looking for SA6R or SA7 at this point.

Sleek's own website is pretty good for shipping rates as well. You just have to wait for something to come in stock. If you REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want a pair, you can have a search on the BST forums
