I am also trying to find a seller from europe with reasonable shipping costs that sells Mundorfs. E.g. Schuro.de only ships 100e plus orders to Finland...

Kwtubes (Gintaras Sakenas) is a very well reputed seller and my personal experience with him has been excellent. Note that you'll have to pay with a money order though, no paypal.

I'm not a cap connoisseur but the K40Y9 series is reputed to be of very high quality. In general, the Soviet surplus electronics stuff that I've seen is actually pretty nice, and often a great deal. Soviet-era tubes, for example, are numerous, cheap, and considered by most to be much better than the output of modern factories.

This capacitor would almost be powerful enough for my next amp mods, but I'm concerned about how much it can handle going above its official specs. Is there any more info on it?
