I am not commenting on the tubes but on the seller, you have found a very good seller.  I got my 2 pairs of TSRP's from John.

I see John has four of the same TSPR's I got from him for sale.

Four for $800? does it worth the money? Are driver tubs very important on WA5-LE?

He might be good and reliable seller but his prices seem too high. I funny that most of his pair of 6SN7 tubes are $250 no matter what.

Yes, the driver tubes are important but you don't have to pay that kind of money. The best sourcei found is te one I sent you. They are friendly, reliable and reasonable in price.

Stagger plates means that they are not simetrically parallel. They are "off set" from one to the other.

The knob in the power supply unit is to turn it on. When you turn it on it start blinking for about 5 to 10 seconds and then you hear a click and the blue light stop blinking and stay constant which means it is full operetional.

There is not user voltage change functionality. I think they are built specifically for the voltage requiered based on the customer location.

I bought a pair of NOS Tung-Sol 6F8G/VT99 today. They were produced in 1940. Hopefully, they are better than Shuguang Treasure CV181-Z.

They are better than the CV181Z. I have a pair and I actually like them better than the Tungsol BG/RP 6SN7GT. I know other people will not agree but that;s my opinion and they are clearly a great bargain. You can not get any better at the on-going price of these. Congratulations for a great score!

Just don't forget to get the adapters. You can find them in ebay for about $40. These are the ones I bought and I am happy with them:
