I am particularly curious in its performance in its tonality, tube or not tube-like sound, extensions, and size/accuracy of soundstage. And how does it compare with the SP amplifiers that are considered Masters and Commanders.

Thanks.

From the only 3 reviews of it I found its somewhat SS-like in its neutrality, but definitely not bright/thin, which was commented on just being the property of the source... someone who owns one elaborate?

I've heard the Raptor and it is definately NOT bright and thin. It is a very neutral amp that adds no color of its own. You need a high quality source to really allow this amp to show its virtues.
