I am looking at getting the Sennheiser RS-65 for $88. My other option is HD-570 for $68. I do not want to spend more than $100 on headphones. Any suggestions?

Must be open air. I don't care if it's supra aural or circum aural. Will be powered primarily off of SB audigy, but can power them off of a denon reciever if neccesary.
How are Denon's 1601 headphone jacks, by the way?
