Which will you pick?

Considering i have the MS2i now and i read that the RS-2 is almost similar.

I can get the MS-pro for cheaps but the RS-1 still intrigues me alot.

I listen to alot of different genres, from metal to jazz.

Don't bother much with the RS-2, I actually liked the MS2i better.

I would say get yourself a new digital source.

I actually have two new sources ( havent upgraded the sig yet )

Got myself the CEC TL15x belt driven CDP and my vinyl rig has been changed to the Technics 1210 Mk5G.

OK nice !!! I would get a new amp to get the max out of your source OR find a store who have the RS-1, try it, if you like it, save $, buy it, save $, save $, buy a Mapletree HD Purist amp and you'll be in Grado heaven. Oh also, if you have the chance, try the GS-1000, I liked it more than the RS-1.

Dearie me. that was EXACTLY what i was thinking about. My amp seems capable of driving my MS2is and AKG701s rather nicely at the moment. ( Again, didnt update the sig. Using a G&W TA2.1 now with Auricaps and silver wiring. tubes! )

SO...i was thinking of getting the cans first and then getting a new tube amp.

THe Mapletree is very, very tempting, but im alittle worried about shipping costs. But im definitely getting the cans first...
