Hi all--

Off of some suggestions, i picked up a rotel rdp-980 dac mainly because it has multiple inputs and i got a good deal at a local audio shop. Anyways, the thing sounds great out of my toshiba tivo as a transport and my new airport express. I only wish i had copied all those cd's i borrowed in losless instead of 320 aac.

Anyways, i'm looking for a remote to the rdp-980 that can control the inputs. I haven't been able to find anything... i was wondering if anyone had the remote for the transport (rdd-980) and if that had the input changing function for the dac on it.

I bought an RDP-980 on Audiogon not too long ago...the guy offered to sell me the remote for $15 but I didn't really need it. Evidently the remote will also control any Philips-based transport.

PM me and I'll try to dig up his contact info for 'ya.

The remote is able to change the input. Also has buttons to work the functions of the transport (play, stop, ff, rev, etc.). It can also change phases if so desired. My preamp inverted the phase for some reason so this was nice for me.
