Rotary Switch Wiring

I've got two rotary switches for a switchbox I'm making. Taiwan-Alpha 3Pol4Pos and a 6Pol4Pos. I can't find a wiring guide, and using a multimeter, I can't for the life of me figure out how to wire the damn thing.

Okay, the 6pol4pos I figured out, and I just noticed that there is a crack in the other switch on the wafer. That is probably why 2 of the poles don't work!

Looks like a return to mouser for me!
