my mini 2 mk1 right side nozzle break after intense usage, probably user's fault because of humidity (and water :deadhorse:)
Truth is.. those guys are not the most professionals around as far as QC matters..
I had the same awful experience with a ROSE BR5 MKII.....

I was hoping by this point and time Rose would have had a handle on QC issues as they have been noted for QC issues for quite some years now!

Looking forward to your review. I've noticed you tend to compare earbuds with models from same brand so please include a brief comparison to Maria (I) if possible.

I think some of their models have been handmade (vs. bulk ordered from OEM) which had contributed to QC issues. My Marias have a few imperfections.

Has anyone heard/reviewed these yet?

I held off the original Mini 2 and was surprised to see these up now. I'm trying to decide between this, the Tin T2 Pro and the Tenhz P4 Pro on Massdrop atm.
I have had the Rose Mini 2 MKII for about 2 years now and I can honestly say these things just keep growing on me. The clarity and detail is just amazing; as is the separation between instruments. It really makes me wonder if the extra 2BA drivers in the Rose Mini 4 are worth the upgrade because I do love my mini 2s. They are probably my favourite IEMs along with my Tin Hifi T4s.

If you could marry the precision and clarity of the mids (Rose Mini 2) with the soundstage of the T4s, I think you would have an awesome IEM in terms of tonality. Does anyone know of any IEMs that do this? Would be really interested to know.

I like Rose too, though the last ones I have had were Masia and Mojito. I would have liked a BR5 MKii too but then I favored hybrids and tribrids.
Very coherent and precise iems reminding of my early Mini 2 (first model) are Penon Sphere (single BA) and FA B3 (Final Audio, double BA).

New Rose Q-9 MK2S approaching. This one has professional tuning done by a Fostex Engineer, along with new parts in the same configuration. They basically refined the sound reaching a new level of maturity and sophistication I read!

Being it’s the third generation, they keep with what they know, yet reaching a new level of quality. We will see!
