AKG owner here as well. I currently have the K141S and I'm not so proud. In fact I don't like it at all (anymore). Instead I loved the K240M, back when I had it (I had 2 pairs). I also had the K100, the K66 etc. Thinking back to those sweet times, I confess, I get nostalgia

Now, how do we get your fine effort officially added to the "Smilies" as a choice?

As far as the K-701s design; I find that the bold yet classic yet mordern design w/ multi colored materials chrome/basic white contrasting with the brown leather speaks to my want for style and function to say more than certainly some of the competions obvious black plastic or worse made to look like marble which is a laugh. Critics need their entertainments too;-}
