Please let me know your all of your sound settings if you own this mini setup. I am a semi-basshead with 3/4 of my music being dubstep or techno and 1/4 being pop. PLEASE HELP ME SET UP MY EQ AND CROSSFEED AND STEREO WIDTH etc etc.

You should be very patient

I do have that setup but I'm more of the neutral sound sig kinda of guy. So I can't help you there. IMO, the SE215 doesn't have much bass, not lacking but enough, Dubstep? Never listen to them

I'll just bump this then

Try this setting for your EQ.

Equalizer

LS: 6.0 - 80 -1.0
PK1: 2.5 - 200 -1.0
PK2: -10.0 - 800 - 1.0
PK3: 5.0 - 4000 -1.0
HS: 10.0 - 12000 - 0.7

Compressor

Threshold: -3

Then back beneath volume in sound settings adjust:

Treble: +3
Bass: 0

I don't use crossfeed or stereo width. But I listen to Dubstep.

Currently, all of my sound settings are:

Bass: 12db
Treble: 11db
Stereo Width: 120%
Crossfeed: Yes
Direct Gain: -1.5db
Cross Gain: -6.0db
High Freq Attenuation: -15.5db
High Freq Cutoff: 700 Hz
Equalizer: OFF
Dithering: YES
Timestretch: NO
Threshold: -3db
Makeup Gain: OFF
Ratio: 4:1
Knee: Soft Knee
Release Time: 500 ms

Please give me an opinion on my settings because I might have messed up something badly and I don't want to be getting less then I really should out of my se215s

I dunno man, it sounds strange. The bass is completely flat lol. Can you chuck in your direct gain, cross gain, high-freq attenuation/cutoff settings as well?

I've been having problems adjusting bass from the equalizer with my rockboxed clip+. (not treble and bass below sound) the full equalizer. I can't push it past 4.5 without it clipping and distorting the low end at any volume. it happens on LS and PK1

Can you try it for me please on your clip and see what if it's the same?

Does anyone know if there's a fix for this??
