Rio karma RMA?

When I sent one in, I just called the number, they gave me an RMA number, and then I walked down to UPS and shipped to them.

I only put the unit in the box, nothing else. I also wrote the RMA number on the outside of the box, as I was instructed to do.

I post because isofar I've been having a terrible RMA. the phone on hold waits are in excess of 10 minutes, half the people I've talked to can't speak english properly (and I'm talkin Texas people), and they keep on saying that they haven't received my proof of purchase even though I've sent it 3 different times. Terrible customer support.
