Right channel out on my er6i.

Well, during a vacation on the day right before my plane trip (in San Fransisco), my right channel went out on my er6i's. I had to bear through the plane noise with only my left ear covered

.

Anyways, the problem is obviously the connector (as when I jiggle it I sometimes get it working) so I was wondering if there is any way to fix this. If anyone has any advice, then thank you!

Reterminating a headphone cable is very easy if you know your way around a soldering iron.

If you don't, if your ER-6i are anywhere near warrantied, Etymotic will probably fix it for you.

Send to Ety for warranty, if not, it should cost u less than $10 to get it fixed... Unless you're ok with the soldering iron an can DIY.

I am going to get one tomorrow (I am leaving in a few days and I need my er6i's), but I don't know how to get the connectors off the cable. How do I do this?
