Might this be a 12 or 14 driver IEM?

more than 14

Interesting! Of course good sq doesn't only depend on the number of drivers inside. The implementation and tuning will be very important here. But if someone can pull that of, it's probably you

Do you already have a name for it?

Hey guys,

does anyone know where you can buy the little leather fastening straps Sammy uses as cable ties?

I wanted to buy a few for my other IEM cables

You probably can go straight to Sammy. I think he do sell them individually.

Can anyone give a comparison of the Rhapsodio RDB Mk.IV vs Aurisonics Harmony?

If you like deep and I mean really deep bass, than RDB mk. IV should be your choice. That is not mean, that they have only bass. RDB were one of my most favorite earphones. They got very wide soundstage and decent amount of details.

They look pretty appealing. Is it worth the extra 150$ is the real question..

I am not aware if Aurisonics is still providing customer support. But Sammy's customer support is top notch. Just sharing that info so that you could consider it while making your decision.

I haven't heard the Aurisonics Harmony, so can't compare. But for its current price ($650) I think the hybrid RDB Mk. IV is a pretty good deal
