Bright is prob the last word I’ll use to describe the Infinity2. It’s just very transparent to source. My personal fav is the SE200. ESS side for vocals and AKM for instruments and EDM. The ESS gives more forward mids and there is this magic how vocals are rendered which makes me go all emotional when listening to my fav tracks. There more depth than width but very well layered. AKM side gives a huge holographic stage and presentation is akin to attending a performance in a large hall, had good Dynamic range and harder and deeper bass.

The modded MAX is great too and is between the ESS and AKM of the SE200. It has an even larger and more holographic stage vs the AKM with balanced position of mids.

The DX220 seems to make the Infinity2 sound too warm and thick for my liking but may suit those who prefers a warmer signature.

Infinity2 has the best treble I’ve heard. Very well extended with no harshness and sibilance. Where as on Odin, it gets too hot at time on the same tracks. Odin still has that delicious DD bass though. Infinity on the other hand as I’ve stated earlier is prob tuned to be bass accurate. It gives similar levels of bass as Odin on certain tracks and less on others. Sometimes deeper. So I can say it def has the capability to go deep if the tracks calls for it. BA bass is focused, fast and has good weight but never bloated.

I fully agree. In terms of pairing I really like the Infinity mk2 with the Max but I love the pairing with the QLS QA390.
It seems one notch above in terms of everything: details retrieval, space, dynamic, precision...
That's basically my new desktop system :)

I think the 4 wire version of the stock cable should scale the enjoyment of your Source and Infinity2 combination to greater heights.

Does anybody already have given a try to the RHAPSODIO BOMBER? How do they compete against SAGGA or INFINITY? I admit the SAGGA stirred my attention as a (may be) TOTL bass performer with details combining that beautiful texture INFINITY have. BOMBER look like an upgrade but not sure.. i've alway loved what a mono driver can produce yet with inner limitation but the imaging is oftenly beautiful. Thanks

I am so happy with my Eden SP purchase. I dont know what all the bass light stuff written about them is about. It is not a bass head iem, if it was it would be no longer mine, but the bass is solid and deep and there is plenty of quantity if you ask me. I am not huge into iems and will only keep one pair as I use them maybe 3-4 times a month. I have had a hard time with fit on the few iems I have tried (campfire Vega and Atlas and Noble TUX5). I find the Eden SP the most comfortable of these and they stay in my ears.....yay. I finally have found a pair that I can be very satisfied with. I have a flight Friday and I am excited because it means time with my Eden SP!

These beauties arrived a day earlier than expected :) big thanks to @aaf evo for shipping them so quickly!

I’ll give it a couple of days before leaving any substantial impressions because the sound seems to be changing by the minute, plus I’m also doing lots of tip rolling and source swapping to find what works best for me.

They look stunning though. Loving all that copper :)

Did any of you had the chance to listen to the Infinity mkII and to a pair of electrostatic earphones from Shure (KSE-1200 or KSE-1500) to give some impressions on how they compare?

Thanks and enjoy your Sunday!

They sure are pretty! Trying to gather thoughts so will spend some time, experimenting with (my limited lol) cables and sources + burn-in, and share more soon.

Initial Sagga impressions are that they are definitely unique, and I don’t think necessarily a direct competitor to Thummim or LX. They don’t come across as L-shaped or dark like the LX. They have impressive staging with nice layering, slightly behind Thummim or Infinity. There def seems to be a diff between DD bass and the magnetostatic bass; rumble and typical DD air + nice texture versus strong mid bass with snappier transients. Female vocals sound great.

Less source sensitive than Infinity (by far), seeming to sound the best from MAX instead of R8.

Listened to both the Infinity mk2 and Supreme mk2 yesterday and preferred the Infinity.
Actually I liked them so much that I've ordered them in custom today ... can't wait
That's awesome man, looking forward to more impressions.

What did you use to drive Infinity and what did you use to drive Supreme? Sources seem to be very important to these IEMs.

A Hiby transport (R5 or R6 I think) with a Rhapsodio Evolution Copper USB DAC.
The volume had to be pushed x2 with the Supreme.
