I have a problem in my house.... I have installed dimmers on all the lights in my house. Mind you these are not the cheapies and claim no RF intereference. My ASL Head DT is like a magnet to the RF noise and if I have ANY lights on in the house then there is a bad buzzing sound in the cans. I had the same problem with a MF tube amp (the X something- V2) What I need to know is if the OBH-11, being solid state, has the same problem. I love the sound and looks of the ASL, but since it comes to having to wait until EVERYONE in my house has gone to before I can listen to my system, I need another option. Is there a mod that can help, like maybe the feedback loop mod? Is the new ASL amp better on regecting noise? CAN ANYONE HELP ME????

I forgot to mention that I am running the amp and it's source (a teac pdh570 reference) off a APS battery backup and conditioner unit. Maybe I need to go heavier duty?

I'm not certain to the quality of those APS units.

I'd suggest trying the Monster HTS1100. There are a few members here that are quite happy with it. Heck, pick it up locally and you can return it if it doesn't work out.
