Hi All,

This is Fred's very understanding wife here.I just wanted to let you all know that Fred is on top of things at this very moment.

All the audio equipment that he borrows gets reviewed promptly and in a very professional manner under controlled conditions. When he's done sleeping through this review he has seven new record players sitting in boxes that must have needles installed before he even listens to them. This is in addition to all the other equipment he has already listened to and taken notes(see note pad in the pic, closed as usual).

I don't really get you guys and all the audio stuff, especially the headphones, but Fred seems to enjoy it and that's cool with me.I don't know if you guys are into the records but if any of you are giving Fred records,I ask that you please stop now.He has enough already and we are trying to move and store all his music while we prepare to occupy our new home.

I met some of you at the last two headphone meetings and I'm sure you'll love what my husband is doing for the next meeting.

I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers when Fred was sick.He has recovered nicely thanks to you all and cherishes his many, many, many friends.

I'm off to post a pic of Fred with full rear crack exposure on the MARINES family forums, before he wakes up.He should love that.

Fred,

What are you doing to that pillow? I always wondered when you sleep?

hmmm . . .

it's interesting to see how Mrs. Tube Roller writes in exactly the same way as Mr. Tube Roller. for example, how Mrs. Tube Roller also fails to hit the space bar after she finishes a sentence with a period. this is exactly what Mr. Tube Roller does!

for example:

Now is this during his standard "Barry White" listening auditions? And is he mumbling "Baby, ohhh Baby" to his pillow again and drooling slightly? Maybe that "crack shot" would be appropriate to some reviews here . . . .

You still have our prayers, Mrs. T, however since Fred is back up and around, they are of a slightly different nature . . . .

I guess this is payback for a pic that I posted to one of her Knitting sites.I now have to go check all the forums I use to see if there are other unflattering pics posted. This ain't even funny.

You don't have to even consider that this was me......I would never in a million years call a Turntable a "record player" or a cartridge a "Needle".BTW,The spacebar on my vintage keyboard has a mind of it's own,You use it only when you have to.My wife was helping me finish off my website and had been using my computer all day and had been helping herself to deleting all my *****.

The headphones are plugged in.Look at the Singlepower PPX3 sitting at the end of the table.the review is actually of the Ray Samuels portable, the other amps are for comparison purposes with the Sony D-25S....

I was reading a bunch of posts on some of the Military forums and noticed that most of the posts don't have a space after the period.I asked the question and got a few interesting answers. My guess is that this oversite is one of very few that is not considered a "coorespondance error" and was always given a pass when writing reports etc.Spelling and other errors were strongly enforced and I guess that's why we all (vets, enlisted) still delete the space by habit.I never noticed it until now but I'll space after a period from now on to keep you guys happy. See.

My girl was busy last night, posting some nasty pics on Firefighter and MARINES forums. I had it coming I guess, I posted a pic of her modeling a sweater she knitted with no bra on underneath. You can't see anything but she was really pissed and promised to get me back.

Hey,that's a bad pic. I got "pretty feet" and wear sandals all the time,I have the uniform violation warnings to prove it.

Anyway, the reviews are coming along nicely and I just need to post them all.

I seriously didn't know what she was talking about when she said that! I thought that there was some kind of jack/plug out there you guys nicknamed a "needle" or something!
