Very, very nice

Thank you sir! I'll need some time to better evaluate the sound. The only thing that really comes to mind right this second is that it sounds very analog. None of that sharp digital edge.
congrats! i saw one at the ny audio show on saturday and it is truly beautiful looking. unfortunately, it wasn't set up for demo at the time i was there.

Have you seen this? Someone created an app for the logitech touch that give it usb or spdif output up to 192/24.
I tried it (spdif) last night the it took < 5minutes. I find the touch a lot more compelling a digital streamer/interface than having a clunky PC with usb.
The h/w was capable all along, but logitech never enabled anything above 96/24.
Got this at work today. Haven't had a chance to listen yet but took some quick iphone shots while on lunch.
You don't want to know how tempted I was by the Debussy. I found one one used in 9/10 condition at a very fair price (relative to it's new price). Now that I'm assembling a Stax rig though I'm allocating my "hobby" funds to that.
Still haven't listened to it, but I was surprised by how small it was. It's not much larger than the Invicta (if you subtitute the Invicta's depth with the Cantata's width and vice versa.)
