It turns out that Todd actually had two HD650s sitting around! So we are both getting a set.

Todd ROCKS!

Yep. I just got off the phone with Todd a few minutes ago and closed the deal on a pair. I am writing a review on them anyway, so this way I'll have two pairs. One for the stock cable, and one for the Equinox replacement cable. That way I can A/B them quickly, and do a more thorough review.

Doug,

Congratulations on the Sennheisers. I have an Oelbach (Meier Audio) cable and no headphones to use it with. If you'd like I can mail it to you and you can compare it to the stock and Equinox.

When your done with them you can just send them in my direction. I'm fine with the used and stock cables

Chris,

Due to time constraints I sadly won't have time to compare the cables like I want to. For the review of the Equinox I will just run them for a few hours of listening to see how they compare to the stock cable. The review of the 650s will take a bit more time, but I will be reviewing the amps I have at the same time, thus doubling my time for two things at once.

pank,

The Senns will be up for sale in just over a month, so check the for sale forum here around mid-August.

What tips come with the E3c's and are they the tips that got returned with them or are they new?

Thanks

All new tips of course. I wouldn't want to share some of the treasures I've received with you

They are restocked with a full pack of new tips - an unopened pack...

Todd - Do these prices include shipping? Do the phones include all the original packaging and such?

I'm tempted by those 595's but I've seen them go for a little bit less here in the For Sale forums here.

One of those times was my sale about 2 weeks ago and I really put up a good deal on that (175 shipped). I did so because I was the third owner and also needed the money quickly. I wouldn't expect the same price anytime soon.

shipping will cost more, all of the packaging and parts are included. With the E3c you get a full pack of the tips but not a pair on the headphones. The packs are sealed and I'm not going to open them and open the door for any doubt about their being NEW.
