I left Justin a vmail on Monday asking for a call back to answer some questions about the GS-1, I also sent him an email yesterday.

I know he must be inundated with orders and messages with the release of the AE-1 but does anyone know what type of turn around time I should expect for a response?

I was interested in the AE-1 to keep my SR-71 company

. I sent Justine several emails, including chance to audition AE-1 at his shop, since I too live in Virginia. He promptly reply to all my emails (at nights). That made me confident in his service.

I ordered AE-1 on 8/2, and I got a shipment notice today, 8/4. I Hope to get here soon

I cant get through to talk to Justin these days as I think he is extremely busy. I left him a vmail regarding my GS1 and he got back to me via email the next morning.

Justin is a VERY good guy.

Turn around time will be about a day or so.

I had Justin change the volume control to a non stepped one on a Gilmore Dynamic V2-SE I purchased from Sir Poulet here on Head-fi, not from Head Amp. This was the time of the recent hurricanes. While there were some understandable delays due to the weather, I am very happy with Head Amp, would and do recommend them, and plan on purchasing an AE-1 in the near future. Justin is a pleasure to deal with

Hope it finds a long term happy home with you; it sure deserves one by now!

Heh, stepped attens can annoy me too, but I'll put up with it when the amp is worthy
