The For Sale and Trade Forums FAQ states that the rating and comments of feedback can be changed up to 24 hours after initially leaving it. However, I do not see the option to "Edit" on feedback that I have newly left.

The two people that I have spoken to are able to edit feedback that they have left. Does anybody else have the same issue as I do?

I'm unable to do this as well. Perhaps this is a site-wide bug?
The feedback system currently allows 72 hours to edit feedback, after which time feedback will be locked in. Any issues editing feedback are individual, so please use the report feature to notify moderators.
Please note that certain plugins can prevent editing feedback before the 72 hours have passed. If you have having issues editing feedback, please disable all browser plugins and extensions before reaching out to the moderators. Thank you.
