reshelling / remolding custom iems?

I currently have both the ACS T1 & T2 custom iems, both of them older versions without the detachable cables that now come as standard in the latest Rev 05/12. I was thinking about selling one pair to free up cash since I don't really use them both and I do know in recent years people have started to sell custom iems in the FS sections.
 
But this was the reply from ACS (UK)
 
"  Unfortunately ACS do not offer a reshelling service for customers wishing to sell their IEMs. "
 
So like, are there other 3rd party places to reshell/remold custom iems? Or does the custom iems in question have to be reshelled / remolded by their original manufacturer / maker?
