Could anyone with knowledge of fake Audio-Technica ATH-ES7's take a look at these images and tell me if I have a fake here? Some parts of them match the authentic images in the ATH-ES7 thread but some parts seem...fake as well.
 
The cable rests going into the headphones are both straight and don't have the ribs which makes it seem legit. There is also a recycle sticker (although it seems to be slightly lower than normal..). The problem is the lettering for Left and Right are both in silver, I thought they were suppose to be black?
 
The end of the cable at the jack, there is no Audio-Technica symbol which makes me suspicious. The pads seem decent enough, although I'm not too sure. I think the sides are mirror finish which leads me to believe they are fake.
 
Could anyone share their input with me? Thank you very much.

Never seen legit ones with silver left/right markers. I do believe you have a fake. The sides of the cups should be brushed metal, not mirror finish.

I bought my old ES7 from a legit seller, and it certainly didn't look like that.
