The plug end of my Xears went out, so I ordered one of those replacement plugs that's everywhere (the gold ones with the spring-relief, as it's the only one I can find here).
The only issue I have is determining the conductors in the flat cable and cutting gently so as to not cut the very thin conductors. Anyone have any tips on how the wiring generally looks and how the poles are oriented?
