I'm looking for some 40mm drivers that I could shove in my beats by dre Solo HD. I know...I know, Beats... But you have to admit they do look pretty darn good. I bought them 3-4 years ago and the left speaker blew on me. How hard would it be to replace the driver and put it in the original housing. There is some glue (wondering how the hell I would get those back on) I've been looking around and I cannot find any GOOD driver I know i could probably replace it with some ****ty phillips driver and have it sound better, But I need some sound signature drivers for rap, dubstep, rock, etc.I wouldn't want the mids or highs to be completely destroyed but more low end drivers.
 
TLDR:
Need 40mm Drivers sound signature for rap, dubstep, rock. How hard would it be to replace drivers? I know how to solder just replacing the "glue" or seal around the beats drivers.

Me too looking for the same, I don't use anymore my Solo hd because to much bass
