Contacted Sennheiser and they no longer stocks any parts.
 
Anyone know of another band that might fit? Is there any universal repair band?
 
Found some guides on repairing it, but would much rather have a nice clean band than glue/bolts and the crack.

The only option is to DIY. 
 
A member used a HD650 headband and modded it to fit the HD565 which are pretty similar to the 265's.

Hmmm, that replacement band is nearly the same price as a brand new comparable set. Kind of insane that a piece of plastic costs this much to fix. Guess I am going for a dirty DIY fix as on principle I cant bring myself to spend that much or toss these headphone due to some broken plastic.
