Replacement pads or Headphones

For a little over 18 months I've been using the Sony XM3 over ear headphones and been really pleased with them. The ear pads started to get a bit uncomfortable so I replaced them with a set of Wicked cushions but unfortunately I lost most of the noise cancelling with these.

As I don't seem to be able to buy genuine Sony XM3 pads, can anyone recommend either pads that work with the noise cancelling or a set of new NC headphones please? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
