Replacement for Sennheiser HD1s (wireless, on-ear)

My old Sennheiser HD1s (wireless, on-ear) need a replacement. Any advice on something that fits the following criteria?

1) neutral sound
2) on-ear
3) wireless
4) budget $200-300

Sennheiser Momentum 4 are my favorite for wireless headphones. Great tuning out of the box, and the streamlined buttons are easier than the previous version. The Bose Q45 are also terrific and really comfortable.
