I cannot get get them out of the comply's people say "cut" but how do you go about doing that?

well I managed to do it but if you look on this page there is a mod u can do to put a foamie in a silicon so I figured I had some old one why not? I did it end while it does help a lot I still prefer just comply's

I removed the foam from my plastic insert but it wasn't on purpose. It pulled apart while I was removing it from my Senns just trying different tips
