I recently got a refurb HP ipod 40GB from outpost.com for $249. They still have them in stock if anyone is interested. HP refurbs come with a 90 day warranty while Apple refurbs come with a full year warranty. Comes with charging cradle, firewire cable, usb cable, software, AC charger, and stock earbuds.
HP will no longer be selling ipods so watch for deals. Supposedly Office Depot has 20% off new HP ipods - in store (not online) only.
