Hi Folks;
In response to a request from another fine Head-Fi member in another forum thread, I am posting a couple of pics of the Aurum Acoustics Integris CDP (CD transport/preamp), equipped with the newly released internal headphone amplifier module.
As I am a good friend of the company president/chief designer, I was the very fortunate soul to receive the very first headphone amplifier installation. I can say without any hesitation that this headphone setup is truly reference quality.
MSRP for the Integris CDP is $12,000 USD. The optional internal headphone amplifier module is an additional $750 USD. Worth every penny...and then some!!!
Note that the pics supplied in this thread are of my personal system. The Integris CDP model shown is a pre-production model, which differs slightly from the production unit in the appearance of the chassis metalwork.
