Hi All,

I want to buy some RCA reissue "Living Stereo" CD's to rip to Apple Lossless on my PC. These seem to come as SACD Hybrid's, meaning that they have both SACD and Redbook on the same CD.

Will I have any problems using iTunes to pull off the Redbook tracks to ALAC? I do realize that I will not have access to the SACD tracks.

Thanks!

Paul

Redbook = redbook. In other words, the redbook side is just a CD, so you will be able to rip it. HOWEVER, changes are huge that the CD side has been mastered quite poorly compared to the SACD side. So in that way you don't gain anything compared to a normal version of the CD. The normal version of the CD might even sound better.
