I saw a home record cutter some time ago, expensive, and the quality was kinda so-so... it was designed for DJ's who want to spin their own stuff. neet, but umm... id rather have CD at the moment then sub-par records
I believe some Japanese company produces a semi-consumerized machine that will cut records. However, the price is about $10,000 and is mainly used in DJ applications.
I'd bet you can, with enough money, but why would you want to? You wouldn't be improving the sound quality of a CD recording by playing it in vinyl, and plus you'd be losing out on the convenience of CD.
