I'm looking for a pair of closed ear headphones around $100 for use at home and in the library when I'm studying.

I listen to mostly House/Trance/Rock/Jazz/Opera/RnB (listed in order of preference).

I'm looking at the Equation rp-22x atm. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. ^^

I'm wondering if there is a headphone that does it all semi well. I'm still a noob in this area of headphone quality.

The ES7 are a beauty though and are much better looking than the equations, and they are travel friendly. They are definitely worth considering....time to do some search on reviews...

I think the Denon D1000 is another good option here. Its a great all-arounder, and much more comfy than the ES7.

I just want to say thank you for the responses I got. Head-fi has a great community with many helpful members.

I will prolly try the ES7's out when I get more money since I'll be using the stock earbuds from the sony a728 which I just recently purchased.

Thanks again guys!
