Recommendations On an Inexpensive $10-$40 IEM with Preferably Semi-Flat Frequency Response?

Looking for a cheap, comfortable IEM that has good isolation and sound for a reasonable price. I might go higher on the budget depending on the IEM.

I'd recommend the HiFiMAN RE-400, although slightly over your budget at the current price of $49 on Amazon and B&H.

Zero Audio Carbo Tenore

Zero Audio Carbo Tenore were the only IEMs the guys at Schitt recommended to me (under $100). Their reasoning was value/price ratio. I paid $35 for mine. I've had a pair of Sennheiser CX500's at my workstation for years. $29 on Amazon. Hard to beat these IEMs for that price.
