Recommendations for DAC under $80?

Can you please recommend me a DAC that costs less than $80? (includes Ebay)
It is fine even though it is from a Chinese company and I prefer one with a headphone amp (a decent one)
I am planning to use it on the desk. I am not going to carry it around.

If you are able to muster up 20 dollars more dollars for an audioquest dragonfly, thats your best bet. If not them consider investing in ibasso or fiio.
