My brother is a luddite. He's looking everywhere for one of the ancient stereo systems that he had back in the day. One with a turntable, speakers, tape deck and cd player. I've tried to reason with him without success.

Besides places like eBay is it possible to get one of these ugly monolithic heaps anywhere? I doubt they're being made anymore so "new" is probably out of the question. The thing with eBay is we're in Ireland and its eBay site is not very popular.

I'm sick of him going on about it. Anyone know where a good one can be obtained please? It's a real long shot on my part as the fact they were so big and bulky would make shipping a nightmare. Cheers.

You mean like one of those consoles from the 1950s that comes in one large cabinet, like what a DJ typically works with before Macbooks became a thing? Or do you just mean that the CDP, amp, and TT can be stacked on top of each other?
