I need a new in-ear headphone to use with my laptop. I am gonna use it for music and movies purpose. I have Sony E828 buds right now, and since I dont feel much difference in the way music sounds thru them, I can say I am not much of an audiophile. I have no experience in technical terms being used on this board, so could you who have experience with these buds, tell me which one is a better choice among JVC HAFX66 (Air Cushion) and Creative EP630 (or any other buds costing upto $30). I read somewhere Ep630 doesnt have good bass and is fuzzy sounding. Though my needs are pretty basic, but I would like to get something that really immerse me into the movie or music.
So I need something:
1) Good quality sound in movies and music with good bass and clear distinction between highs and lows.
2) Good for use with desktop/Laptop/Mp3 player
3) Costing less than $30.
Help plzz.

One concern: I have previously owned Phillips HE592 earbuds, and although they sounded good, I had constant problem of them falling out and later the rubber earpieces became loose and I lost all of them. Since then I am afraid of buying headphones with replaceable tips for the fear of loosing them. Thats the reason I never went further than Sony E828 and Philips SHE2650. Should I fear such possibility with the new buds I am going to buy?? Any solutions if that be the case???

I'm gonna agree with Joshadot, but I'll also warn you that if the built in sound card on your laptop is not that good, you will hear hissing on the HA-FX66.
