Marsen Jules-Les Fleurs
Irezumi-Endurance
Richard Skelton-Marking Time
William Basinski-El Camino Real

If you know any of these releases then I hope you know what kind Im looking for. Basically I like loopbased ambient. I checked other releases by Basinski but they couldnt satisfy me. Looking forward to hearing some great stuff from you ambient heads. And please make sure its from 2006/2007/2008

I didn't knew those albums except the Basinski one.
I move more into melodic ambient like the awesome Fahrenheit's projects. But if you like looped based ambient, i think you can like this set a lot:
Chloe Harris & Ellen Alien - Live @ Proton Radio - Part1 - 28.05.2007.

"Theorem vs. Stewart Walker" has nice looped ambient based tracks too.
And probably you will like some pieces from thinner100 (thinner netlabel), specially, i think "unit 21" and "Daniel Blomqvist".

Alio Die - Raag Drone Theory, Tempus Rei, Eleusian Lullaby, Cube 7 w. James Johnson
Aglaia - Unprofaned Twilight
Zeit - Waves From the Sky
Murcof - Cosmos

This might not really be up your alley, but Karl Sanders (vocalist/guitarist for the death metal band Nile) released a solo ambient album in 2004, "Saurian Meditation". It's really good atmospheric/ambient Egyptian-styled music, great for background listening or a soundtrack to an epic ancient Egypt movie.

Mmmm another GREAT recommendation.

Some others:

Andrew Chalk
Oophoi
Matthew Grassow
Cold Sun

The first three are prolific in their recordings. You have your pick from true drone to complex ambient with vocals.

Some other interesting ones:

Ambient Nights (freely available online and on the site)
Slow Motion (Italian ambient artist and downtempo, varies between albums)
