I am looking for a pair of over the ear headphones. I only have a few requirements. I am just wondering what other people are recommending.

They must be over the ear of some sort.

I would like closed ear
Noise Canceling
Foldable
$120 or less in price.

These will mosly be used with my ipod and computer

The music I listen to is
Classical
Metal
some Techno
and Spoken Word ( audiobooks)
