I'm looking for a pair of closed-headphones within the $150-$200 range. I primarily listen to Jazz, Fusion, Orchestral, Electronica....
I hate the sound of the Klipsch ImageOne and like the sound of the Sennheiser HD 558, so something similar to that sound but closed.

AIAIAI TMA-1 will fall into that price range and would not require an amp.

I do I have a headphone amp, but I'd prefer the option for something portable since I  will also use them with portable devices like an iPod Touch. So I guess I need something at no more than 80 ohm.

The TMA-1's are crazy loud at 2/3 volume on my iPhone 4, so they should also be good out of a Touch.
