Good job with the Selected Ambient albums. Prodigy though...I dun no. I honestly thought Crystal Method and Chemical Brothers rocked Big Beat better than Prodigy ever did. Good albums, but life changing? Meh.
EDIT: Also, gonna go ahead and recommend the new Sub Focus before the damn thing even drops because judging by the singles released so far it's going be one of the most massive DnB albums of all time. Seriously, unless for some reason he seriously drops the ball it'll blow it up.
BT - This Binary Universe
Amon Tobin - ISAM
Camo & Krooked - Cross The Line
Noisia - Split The Atom
Evol Intent - Era of Diversion
The Glitch Mob - Drink The Sea
Sub Focus - Sub Focus
Amon Tobin - Foley Room
Anything off the Ninja Tune (made by Amon Tobin) label is basically gold as well.
i think of all the amazing albums iv ever heard, the only one that actually changed my musical life and changed the way i listen to music would be
gridlock - formless
the genre is supposedly something called "technoid" (not to be confused with techno). listening to this album (although atypical to what i usually listen to) was like having an epiphany...

glad you liked it. finding this album was actually a big step for me in my musical development. i have a couple other albums by gridlock but they all pale in comparison.
if your interested, one of the two dj's responsible for gridlock released a solo album under the name dryft. the album is called The Mytotyc Exyt (2002) and is also very very good.
@adamlr, the Gridlock album is very solid. Thanks mate!

I'll check that out. I'm currently enjoying Deru - Say Goodbye to Useless (http://www.discogs.com/Deru-Say-Goodbye-To-Useless/master/305918 ) which I discovered upon following what the Gridlock guys did next. Mike Wells seems to have turned his talents to other people's work; he mastered this one.
