I'm looking for a reasonably cheap earphone for street use. I have these in mind right now: Xiaomi 3, SoundMagic E10 or E80. What are the best earphones in this price range? ( I can't give a dollar limit because I'm writing from europe)

I've heard great things about the MEElectronics M6 Pro.  It retails for $49.99 on Amazon, no idea if this is out of your price-range or not.  Personally I love my Shure SE215's, but at 99 dollars I'm sure they are beyond the price you are looking for here.

When walking outdoors and through traffic intersections, one needs to be able to hear their surroundings for safety reasons. I therefore use open earphones with ear hooks and keep the volume low when I need to hear my surroundings. 
 
Some people have been killed as result of not hearing vehicles approaching, or warning sounds from vehicles backing up.
