Reccomend me a good DAC under $150 that in combination with a sony $150 CDP deck with SPDIF will outperform players in the $400-$500 league.
Is the ART DI/O for example good . Ive seen people talking about it.
Or is it better to look out for a good used CDP? If my Sony with an external DAC will sound worse than a 400-500$ player then I'd rather be buying a 400-500 CDP used for $200 rather than paying 150 only for a DAC.
Also what is there in the used market for DACs?
Has anubody an ART for sale?
I am really confused on what to do as far as source goes.
I dont know whats the best solution to get good sound and not spend too much money.
Please orient me if you know!
