Well just got some ad700s for my computer and i must say they sound awesome but they are too quiet in windows 7:p Plus I am sure with a dedicated soundcard they would sound much better then my evga classifieds onboard audio. Anyway need a soundcard and an amp if I can afford one and having around $300 or so to spend. Phones are used for gaming, movies, and music. Any ideas?

Yes I offered him $100 and he accepted it. I am using the musiland 02 externals USB soundcard which is very good value for about $140 on ebay. I know the uDAC and STX are also popular options depending on if you want an external DAC or an internal soundcard.

Your EVGA Classified (X58, I'm guessing?) should have an optical/coax digital sound out somewhere in there, on board. If it does, look into a DAC with an optical in for optimal price to sound quality. (IE: DACMAGIC, which is a DAC only, or the iBasso D10, which is DAC/Amp combined.) No need for a new soundcard, if you already have digital out.
