Really tiny buds for really tiny ears.

My gf has the smallest ears!

The Senn's that came with her Carbon are too big for her ears.

Workout only, so nothing of quality needed, and earbuds only please, not canal phones or headbands.

Any help here?

Something with a form factor like Sony EX51 would probably work. They're not really canal phones because they really only sit on the edge of your ear canal. They're really comfy and really small. That's your best bet.

yeah, I was thinking about those, but was trying to stay away from that sort of thing becuase of the microphonics. She's a runner and I'd hate to buy her something like that where she hears every foot fall.

damn, they're cheap though.

I may just have to get a pair and them keep'em if they don't fit.

She's a runner, will be using this when working out, and finds things in her ear canal uncomfortable: the obvious solution here is the Koss KSC 75. It's much better sound than any earbud, and considerably more comfortable to boot.

I just grabbed the earphones that came with my Carbon and put them into my ears (I have small ears too...the Grado bowl pads are completely circumaural on me). They feel a little too big, but that's due to the shape, I believe. Are you sure that the earphones are Sennheiser MX ones? The ones that came with my Carbon are silver and black and don't look like the MX500 or MX300 I have. They might be rebadged, but comparing them directly to the MX300 that came with my iRiver, they look different. If they're not Sennheisers, I would recommend looking into them. The Carbon earbuds compared to the Senns are less comfortable and "feel" bigger.

I don't have the buds in front of me, but they do say senn on them. I noticed that when i opened the box up. I think they're the mx500, but could be mistaken...it's been quite a long time since I've looked at them.

Those Koss are tempting, but I think bud is the way to go right now. I really need to get a pair of those Koss though.....maybe this will be a good excuse. "How do you like these honey? Well ok, I'll take them back."
