I have a new to me set of UERM's. I am going to re-shell them to universals. Both AAW and Perfect seal are currently the only companies that can do it. AAW, of course, requires shipping out of the country. It took some back and forth to get ahold of Perfect Seal, but when I did they were helpful. I'm leaning toward Perfect Seal, in spite of them being more expensive because there is a chance they preserve the UE faceplate, which I think would be cool.

All that said, I'd be curious to hear about your experiences with either service and how re-shelling went.

What I'm hoping to get are Westones, and according to their customer service they will re-shell them.
I thought I read somewhere this is only available to original owners..?

Im not too sure about that but they should re shell for new owners as well. I got my k10 remolded thru them and the fit was really good, if not perfect.

I heard back from my Westone dealer, and the reshell fee is $450.
Maybe if I get another chance at ES20 or better for <$150 I'll think about it.
